Bill is the creator of The Holosync Solution™ program and The Life Principles Integration Process™, the President and Director of Centerpointe Research Institute which he started in 1989. Its popularity from then on continued to boost up and as of 2007; people in over 172 countries on six continents had used Centerpointe programs to improve and build their lives.
Bill graduated in Portland State University, also having three years of graduate study in music with well-recognized Spanish composers Salvador Brotons and Czech Composer Tomas Svoboda. He professionally used to play saxophone, clarinet, and piano for over 30 years. As a speaker, he was invited to many countries with hundreds of thousands of audiences.
