John’s life is a true paradigm of triumphant living. His life started with hardships that no ordinary person could have ever conquered. During his childhood, he was detected to have learning disability and would never read, write or communicate, he was a high school dropout living on the streets and panhandling for food to survive until John met his guru Paul Bragg, who was a nutritionist and according to him, the major influence in his life.
From then on, he made the decision on dedicating his life in the noble field of teaching, being a healer and a philosopher. John became a doctor of chiropractic and a clinical researcher, a professional speaker, and he became a student of science, theology and philosophy in order to achieve his goal.
John’s culmination of over 37 years of cross-disciplinary research and study has made him today one of the world’s leading authorities on human behavior and personal development. He is the founder of the Demartini Institute, an educational organization selling over 72 courses designed to assist people to activate leadership and empower all seven areas of their lives: Financial, physical, mental, vocational, spiritual, family and social.
John has written 40 books published in 28 different languages, produced over 50 CDs and DVDs covering multiple aspects of human development. Some of John Demartini’s notable activities up to present are his classes to over 2,000  senior South African Police titled “Finding The Hero Within”; and, appearances on several TV series for interviews on broad topics such as Business Development, Financial Empowerment, and Social Empowerment etc.  He has two offices, one located in Houston, Texas and the second in Sandton, Johannesburg.
Today John continues to travel 360 days a year all over the world where he shares his research and findings in all markets and sectors empowering thousands of people to find happiness and order in their lives through his transformational philosophies.
